Is this "Shahrukhz 2"?
Yes, that's what many people call it. Shahrukhz Residences is the new residential tower in Dubai Maritime City. The original Shahrukhz by Danube is an office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Does Shah Rukh Khan own this building?
No. Shahrukhz is Danube's brand, named in honour of Shah Rukh Khan. Danube Properties is the developer.
Can I buy from India?
Yes. Resident Indians can send up to USD 250,000 per person each financial year under the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme, and family members can combine their limits. Shank can share a schedule that fits.
